AI services
We help organisations get practical results from AI. That means choosing the right tools, setting them up properly, automating repetitive work, and agreeing clear rules so company data stays inside the organisation.

What we do
AI is useful when it’s aimed at real work, connected to the right information, and used by staff who know what it can and can’t do.
AI readiness and planning
We identify the tasks where AI will save time, check your data and licences, and write a realistic plan.
AI assistant rollout
We help you choose the right assistant for your teams, then set it up with business licences, a permissions clean-up, a pilot group and training.
Workflow automation
We automate repetitive work such as approvals, reports, data entry and sorting email, using AI where it helps.
AI assistants
Assistants that answer questions from your own documents and policies, for staff or for customers.
Custom AI features
AI built into your products and internal tools, connected to the systems you already use.
Private AI
Open-source models running on your own servers or ours, for information that must not leave your control.
Staff training
Hands-on sessions on using AI tools well and safely, for technical and non-technical staff.

Rules before rollout
Before any AI tool touches company data, we review who can see which files, write a usage policy with you, and make sure sensitive information isn’t pasted into public tools. See our security work.
Frequently asked questions
We’ve never used AI at work. Where do we start?
Usually with a training session or a readiness workshop. Both show your staff what AI can do today and identify the tasks where it will save the most time.
Is our data safe if we use AI tools?
It depends on the tool and how it’s set up. The business plans of the main AI tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot, are designed not to use your data to train public models. For the most sensitive information, a privately hosted model keeps everything on servers you control. We help you choose suitable tools, tidy up file permissions and set clear rules before rollout.
Do we have to use a particular AI tool?
No. We recommend what fits your work, systems and budget: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or a private model on your own servers. Many organisations use more than one.
Will AI replace our staff?
Our aim is to take repetitive work off people’s desks so they can spend more time on work that needs human judgement. Organisations get the most from AI when they train their staff to use it well.
