About IngaboTech

IngaboTech is a technology company in Kigali. We help businesses, schools and institutions protect their people, systems and data, adopt cloud and AI safely, and we train the staff who run them.

ingabo

Kinyarwanda, noun

A shield: the thing you raise so you can move forward safely.

Why we’re named after a shield

IngaboTech started out building software, networks and IT infrastructure for organisations across Rwanda. In that work we kept seeing the same problem: new technology was arriving faster than the security and skills needed to use it safely.

So we put cybersecurity at the centre of our work, alongside the cloud and AI systems that depend on it, delivered by engineers who also teach. Each project should leave behind systems that are secure from the start and staff who understand them.
